Our office and others that that we work with provide advice and/or represent clients in State and Federal courts. Please be advised, that according to Nolo, at the current time there is no state agency (like the Florida Department of Labor or Florida Labor Board) to help enforce state wage and hour laws. Nolo provides that you may either file a complaint with the federal Department of Labor or file a lawsuit. You should research any other options you may have.

Depending on the case, our office may refer the case to another law office or engage in a co-counseling agreement with another law office.
