Our office and other offices that that we may refer you to or co-counsel with provide advice and/or represent clients in matters involving the New York Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Workers Compensation Board, as well as in State and Federal courts. We are not involved in any capacity in matters than involve unemployment payments.
Depending on the case, our office may engage in a co-counseling agreement with another law office.
